
James D. Nadauld

Mr. Nadauld has served as a director of Oncure since 2006. Mr. Nadauld is a Principal of Genstar Capital LLC, helping to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and investment opportunities. Prior to joining Genstar, Mr. Nadauld was an Associate with MedEquity Investors, LLC in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, a healthcare‑focused venture capital firm. Previously he was an investment banking analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at Lehman Brothers, Inc. in New York.
Mr. Nadauld earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University. He is also a Director of Univita Health, Inc., Evolution1, and a former Director of AXIA Health Management.

Stanley M. Marks, M.D.
Director
Dr. Marks founded Oncology Hematology Association (OHA) in 1978, and has since led OHA to become one of the largest hematology-oncology practices in Pennsylvania , with 30 physicians practicing in 21 locations, seeing over 10,000 new cancer patients per year. With the merger of OHA and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, Dr. Marks assumed the title of Director for Clinical Services and Chief Medical Officer of UPMC Cancer Centers. In addition, he is Chief of the Division of Hematology/Oncology, UPMC Shadyside Hospital , and Clinical Professor of Medicine for the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree. Following an internship and residency at UPMC Presbyterian, Dr. Marks served hematology/oncology fellowships at Peter Bent Brigham and Dana Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard. He has also served as President of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as a professional consultant in hematology/oncology for Medicare, on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society, the Corporate Board of Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield and on the boards of numerous other organizations. He is passionately committed to advancing the level of cancer care in his community and beyond.

Jonathan Stella, M.D.
Director
Dr. Stella is the Medical Director of the San Luis Radiation Oncology Center in San Luis Obispo, CA. He has practiced with the eight-center Coastal Radiation Oncology Medical Group for 20 years. Following an internal medicine internship at the East Tennessee State University College of Medicine in Johnson City, Dr. Stella pursued an oncology residency at the University of Miami, Jackson Hospital and a radiation oncology residency at the West Coast Cancer Foundation in San Francisco. His training included rotations through the UCSF, Stanford University, and Lawrence Berkeley Lab, studying the therapeutic applications of stripped atomic nuclei. Dr. Stella’s focus is on the comprehensive management of head and neck cancer with novel therapeutic chemotherapy regimes and IMRT treatment. Dr. Stella is active in many societies, including the American Medical Association, the Association of Freestanding Radiation Oncology Centers, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the California Medical Association, and the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Hospice Partners of San Luis Obispo County, and currently serves on the board of the Wellness Community of San Luis Obispo County. Dr. Stella is board-certified in therapeutic radiology.

Robert J. Weltman
Director
Robert J. Weltman is a Managing Director of Genstar Capital, responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and monitoring several of Genstar Capital's portfolio companies. Rob worked in the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions departments of Salomon Brothers Inc. and Robertson, Stephens & Co. where he assisted technology, environmental services, real estate, basic manufacturing and service companies in initial public offerings, private placements and public debt offerings. Rob earned an AB in Chemistry from Princeton University, magna cum laude. He is a Director of PRA International Inc., (NASDAQ:PRAI), American Pacific Enterprises, LLC, AXIA Health Management, LLC, Woods Equipment Company, LLC, and Harlan Sprague Dawley, Inc.
